Solitaire

Free solitaire: Klondike, Spider, FreeCell and Pyramid

Free solitaire in your browser, with nothing to download: four card games in one. Sort the cards onto their piles from ace to king; drag them or tap them and they go to their best spot on their own.

Choose Klondike (draw 1 or draw 3), Spider (with 1, 2 or 4 suits and two decks), FreeCell (with four free cells) or Pyramid (removing pairs that add up to 13). It has undo, hints, a timer and a button to collect everything once the game is solved.

Every card that goes up to its foundation plays one step higher on the scale, so a well-played game ends in a melody. It’s in the Arcadópolis Games folder, among 51 games, on computers, tablets and phones.

Free, no ads, nothing to install.

What it has

  • Four variants: Klondike, Spider, FreeCell and Pyramid.
  • In Klondike you draw 1 or 3 at a time, with unlimited passes through the deck.
  • Drag or tap: the card goes to its best spot on its own.
  • Unlimited undo, hints and “Collect” when nothing is left to solve.
  • A timer, a move count, records per variant and three felt colors.
  • Your unfinished game is saved if you close the window.

How to play

  1. Open the Games folder, tap Solitaire and choose the variant.
  2. Move cards between columns in descending order; in Klondike and FreeCell, alternating red and black.
  3. Build each suit on the foundations from ace to king (in Pyramid, remove pairs that add up to 13).
  4. You win when every card is in place; if you get stuck, use Hint or Undo.

The four variants

Klondike is the classic: seven columns, face-down cards that turn up as you go and a stock to draw from. Spider is played with two decks; when you build a full run from king to ace in one suit, it clears on its own. With 1 suit it’s relaxed, and with 4 it’s a real challenge.

FreeCell deals every card face up and gives you four free cells to park one card each; you can move runs as long as the free cells and empty columns allow. In Pyramid you remove pairs of free cards that add up to 13 (kings go alone) and the stock is recycled twice. Every variant keeps its own records, so you can compare your times.

Common questions

Which variant is easiest?

One-suit Spider and Klondike draw 1 are the most relaxed. FreeCell can almost always be solved if you think before moving, and four-suit Spider is the hardest.

Can I undo a move?

Yes, as many as you like, and Hint suggests a move when you can’t see one.

Is my game saved?

Yes. If you close the window or reload the page, you pick up where you left off. Your records per variant are saved too, and with a free account they follow you to other devices.
