Dominoes
Online partner dominoes, free and no download
Free partner dominoes in your browser, with nothing to download. You play with the 28 tiles of a double-six set: you and the player across from you against the two at your sides, seven tiles each. On your turn you play a tile that matches one end of the line, and the first pair to reach the target wins.
Play the computer at five neighborhood tables, each with its own regulars and target, or try the daily hand, the same for everyone. On arcadopolis.com you can also play online. And if you like, the dominoes make music: every number is a note.
It’s one of the 51 games in the Arcadópolis Games folder.

What it has
- Five tables, from the Practice table (target 100 points) to Palm Grove Hall (200), on three levels.
- Practice table: it lifts the tiles you can play, and the Hint button explains why a move is a good idea.
- Rivals who only use what anyone can see on the table: they never peek at your tiles.
- Daily hand: the same for everyone, with a result to share.
- Online: quick match or a private room with a code; if someone is missing, the computer takes the seat.
- Musical mode: 12 tonics, 9 scales and a tempo from 60 to 180, with downloads as MIDI or audio.
How to play
- Open the Games folder, tap Dominoes and pick a table, the daily hand or Online.
- In the first hand, the double six leads. On your turn, tap a tile that matches one end; if it fits both, you choose the side.
- If you have nothing that matches, tap Pass. The hand ends when someone runs out of tiles or the game is blocked.
- Each hand’s winning pair scores points, and the first pair to reach the target wins the game.
Partner dominoes rules
A double-six set has 28 tiles and all of them are dealt, 7 each, so there’s no boneyard to draw from. If you play your last tile, that’s domino: you and your partner score the points of every tile left in all four hands. If nobody can play, the hand is blocked and the pair with fewer points in hand wins it; on a tie, nobody scores.
Two plays get a cheer: a capicúa, when your last tile fit both ends, is worth 25 extra points, and a zapatero is winning the game while your rivals are still at zero.
Musical dominoes
In musical mode, every number is a step of the scale: in C major, 0 is C and 6 is B. The tiles on the table play in a loop from one end of the line to the other, each half is an eighth note and doubles sound as chords: every hand composes its own melody while you play. Pick the tonic, scale, tempo and sound, and at the end keep the melody in My MIDI or download it as MIDI, WAV, FLAC, MP3, OGG or AAC.
Common questions
Can I play dominoes online with friends?
Yes. On arcadopolis.com, create a private room, choose the target (100, 150 or 200 points, or a single hand) and share the code or the link; if players are missing, the computer fills the table. You need a free account and must be 16 or older.
Can I play alone against the computer?
Yes, at any of the five tables or in the daily hand, no account needed. Your partner and your rivals are the table’s regulars, who also chat with quick phrases.
What is the daily hand?
A single hand, dealt the same for everyone that day. Share your result with a link and your friends play the same hand. It changes at midnight, Mexico City time.
